1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using 發票精靈 InvoiceGenie (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. The App is operated by The Sky Bringup, LLC ("we", "our", or "us").
2. Description of Service
發票精靈 InvoiceGenie recognizes text from a receipt image on your device, lets you confirm or correct the extracted fields, and can create AI categorization from the recognized text. Confirmed entries can be stored in a local ledger. The App also provides preliminary lottery references for supported, built-in periods and optional Premium insights and reports. It is not an official application of Taiwan's Ministry of Finance or any government agency. Lottery references are informational only. You must compare the original receipt and the latest official announcement before relying on a result or attempting to claim a prize.
3. Premium Plans and Billing
The App is free to download. Optional in-app purchases are offered through the Apple App Store, including an auto-renewing Weekly Premium subscription and a separate one-time Lifetime Premium purchase. The current price and billing period shown by the App Store before payment control if they differ from any other description.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Weekly Premium renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Refund requests and billing questions must be directed to Apple. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where required: Apple Standard EULA.
4. Usage Limits
To protect service quality and prevent abuse, we may apply reasonable request, device, or account limits to online features. Limits may change with service capacity and are not a promise of a fixed daily allowance. Attempting to circumvent limits or security controls may result in temporary suspension of online features.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Text recognition, AI categorization, dates, amounts, merchant details, and lottery references may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for checking and correcting every field against the original receipt before saving it. The App does not determine official winning status, prize eligibility, tax treatment, accounting accuracy, or entitlement to payment. Always consult the latest Ministry of Finance announcement and qualified professional advice where appropriate. We are not responsible for decisions or actions taken solely from an App result.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Sky Bringup, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your receipt images and recognized text. Receipt images are processed on your device and are not uploaded. You grant us a limited license to process recognized receipt text only to provide the AI categorization you request.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Use the App to process content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Redistribute or resell the App or its results for commercial purposes
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sky Bringup, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App and related in-app purchases.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain the App's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI features require an internet connection and depend on third-party AI services that may experience downtime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App's AI features for any user who violates these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App's AI features will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
